Dave \"Baby\" Cortez was best known for his 1959 instrumental hit, The Happy Organ...he would continue to record through the 70's, including many releases on Chess and Chess related record labels, both instrumentally and vocally. This was the last of his Chess releases, from 1963, and is also one of his more sought after on the label. As I like to say, when it comes to this release, this ain't no \"Rinky Dink\"!
