I've been unable to solve the complete mystery about this band who recorded \"Mustache In Your Face\"/\"The Electric Hand\" for Squeakie records. It seems that only two copies of the 45 have survived. It was a pseudonym used by The Next Exit (also known as The Fabulous Four, a long-active band from Kansas City, MO. formed by Bob Theen, drummer Alex Love, guitarist Jeff Mann, keyboardist Mike Meyers) between October, 1969 and February, 1970. Many other unreleased tracks were recorded for The Electric Prunes drummer Michael \"Quinton\" Weekly (who had obviously produced the single and supposedly written both sides) during the same session at Cavern Studios located in Independence, MO.
Can't find an exactly release date but 1968 that you can see somewhere is definitly wrong.
