Gnu Reunion (pronounced 'new') is the home-recording project comprised of college sophomores Sam Revaz and Collin Ginsburg. As natives of Northern Virginia, the two reconvened over their winter break in the weeks straddling 2016-17 to write and produce their debut album, entitled Around Hear. A unique blend integrating elements of surf, lo-fi ambience and 60s psychedelia with a hint of neo-soul, the album also touches on themes of 21st century love and the millenial zeitgeist; tinged with a lingering nostalgia. The boys at Gnu Reunion proudly invite your ears to cast off and set sail with them.
