Brian Hyland - A Million To One (original mono 45) (1969)
Brian Hyland started his career in 1960 when he took his first single, \"Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini), all the way to #1. Hyland also had two other Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100; \"Sealed With A Kiss\" (#3-1962) and \"Gypsy Woman\" (#3-1970). Of the 27 singles he released from 1960 to 1971, he had three Top 5 hits, five Top 40 hits, fourteen that charted on the Billboard Hot 100 below #40, and five that charted on the Bubbling Hot 100 chart. \"A Million To One\", written by Bill Medley, only made it to #90 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song later became a Top 40 hit for Donny Osmond in 1973, where he took it to #23, and even made it to #26 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary Chart and #28 on the Cash Box Top 100 that same year. This is the original mono 45 of Hyland's version and deserves a listen.
