I didn't think I'd ever be doing an arrangement like this, but I'm super glad I did. If you missed it on Facebook & Twitter, I recently had my final 2 wisdom teeth removed. No more oral surgery (hopefully), yay! With that, though, comes the major drawback of not being able to play saxophone for a week or so. I had originally polled solo piano song ideas from my Facebook & Twitter followers to get some ideas for arrangements to do, but I oddly ended up doing a solo guitar arrangement! Someone on social media (sorry if you're reading this, but I searched for your comment and couldn't find your name!) suggested that I do Professor Rowan's Lab, and that gave me a cool idea to try out a solo guitar arrangement! I've been fascinated with the work of guitarist Gilad Hekselman as of late, so I thought I'd try out something in this style. Solo guitar is HAAAAAARD, at least coming from the perspective of a saxophonist / pianist. I've certainly gained some appreciation for those who do this style of playing seemingly flawlessly.
