Marcus Miller is an accomplished musician, composer, singer, and simply a musical genius. It would be easier to list who he has NOT collaborated with! Dubbed the \"Superman of Soul\" by his peers, Miller is responsible for most (if not all) of the bass and rhythm arrangements (not to mention the first rate production quality) heard throughout Luther's career.

_Any Love_ is considered to be Luther's second \"pop\" album. His previous album, _Give Me The Reason_, is often considered the point where Luther \"crossed over\" from R&B audiences into pop fame. This is primarily because the title track was featured on the _Ruthless People_ soundtrack, exposing him to a pop audience.
