Kula's Hawaiians was a small Hawaiian group that played from the mid to late 1920s. The group was actually a pseudonym for one of the many Hawaiian groups that Roy Smeck was in. Most likely used for the group also known as the Hawaiian Serenaders. While they were around, they would be paired with Scrappy Lambert for vocals, under the name Larry Holton.
They formed as a group in 1927, but they would record on only the Dimestore labels. Those labels including Banner, Domino, Jewel, Challenge, but most of the time's Oriole. They recorded less than 10 records under this Alias. They would stop recording in 1929. As of uploading, there are none of their other records on youtube.
