The São Paulo based collective, Sonido Trópico, have long been establishing themselves as a new voice to be heard within the latin-american scene.

They now take a big step forward in founding a Label. Their first official release, SONIDO TRÓPICO VOL. 1, contains 13 tracks that put into waves exactly what Sonido Trópico is all about. The Producers and DJs who's work appear on this first album have not only played at Sonido Trópico's already infamous parties, but have worked alongside Sonido's 4 Resident DJs (Spaniol, Nirso, Salvador Araguaya & El Peche) in bringing new life and energy to the Sâo Paulo scene. Together they have reinterpreted and expanded, beyond precedent, the horizons of electronic music within the ultra-creative scene in São Paulo.
