Insanity Prevails were a Hardcore/Crust band from Norway. I believe they got influenced by Infamy due to their band name, and Infamy has a song called Insanity Will Prevail. This is the only known release. Another Scandinavian ripper, add to the collection! I have no other info about the band. Comments are nice.
