‘Lukewarm (Only You)ʼ is Sauxʼs latest track - the lead single from his Right EP, it is a late night pop jam for driving around a dim-lit city. The song is built up from two simple components: tight vocal runs and a loose guitar groove. Itʼs inspired by music from all sorts of places taking as much note from Womack & Womack, as Francis & The Lights, as much Paul Simon as Mura Masa. The song captures the central theme of the Right EP (dropping February 9th) - the contrast between chaos and finding peace, as well as discovering ‘minor flaws and major victoriesʼ.
