This track actually slipped past me when I was throwing around the idea for a Xenoblade 2 album, and it wasn't until I was talking about the idea with Delcake at MagFest this past January that he mentioned that Tantal would be a really fun song to cover, and I evidently agreed with him once I gave it a listen again.
And of course, once the acoustic boi agreed to do a collab with me on the track, I just had to get his great piano and violin skills in on the track, in addition to his lead work. I also knew I was getting out to visit him and some other friends, so we pushed this cover off for a while so we could have the opportunity to film in the same place as well.
Hope you guys have been enjoying the Xenoblade 2 stuff so far! We're halfway through Rebirth's tracklist at this point, and we'll be returning to some killer battle themes for the next arrangement!
