During the early 1980s, Jean Stafford recorded three excellent LPs for EMI records.
This track was included on the middle of those three albums, \"Someday I'll Take Home The Roses\".
It was also released as the flipside of a 1982 EMI 45, EMI-837.
The A. side was a version of a song, previously recorded by Reba McEntire, \"Ease The Fever\".
I have also uploaded the A. side to YouTube.
Both tracks were produced by Doug Trevor who had cut his teeth on the early 60s Melbourne rock scene, and who has gone on to produce some outstanding Australian pop and country recordings (including Lee Kernaghan's very first single).
This upload is from the original 45.
