The album, Ethereal LP, resembles something never heard of before in the Jack Van Delden-Wilce discography. This album brings out an evolved sound which is so different from the previous albums, genres ranging from ambient to bass ridden dubstep and drum & bass to lo-fi hip hop.
Ethereal LP alone seems calming at the start but reaching an emotional turmoil within the middle track-list; with loneliness and depression highlighted in tracks such as 'Phase' and 'shootmebeforeitstoolate'.
At the end, it reaches a happy ending with the last two tracks on the album to show how we all evolve from humans where we go through phases and stages in life where you can be happy one time and then sad the next. The ending is like a cliché walking off into the sunset technique, with the ending track (Epilogue) sounding so chilled and deep which can have many words to describe it; the track resembles the evolution of a new sound coming soon to the discography.
