In 1978 Cissy Houston had a hit with the song \"Think it over\" available on the homonymous album. In 1979 Columbia decided to take four songs off the album and hired Michael Barbiero to extend and remix them, \"Warning-danger\" being one of those. The record company chose the song to be the leading single and release a 7\" single and a 12\" single. The long Barbiero mix available on the new album was the A side of the 12\" single while the B side labelled \"short version\" was actually the 1978 lp version with a longer fade. This particular version with its 30 additional seconds was only available on the 12\" single and not on the album \"Warning-danger\". Subsequent reissues on CD's skip this particular mix.
