Recorded April 26, 1941, in Orchestra Hall, Chicago, on Columbia 78-rpm matrix XCO 30980, and issued early in 1942 as Columbia 11683-D (Side 4 in Columbia Masterworks set MX-214). It functions as the filler for Stock's recording of Brahms' Tragic Overture, which I have uploaded separately.
