''Formed in the cold Canadian winter of 2010 by ex members of Dockside Hookers, The Payrolls are a fairly new street-punk / Oi! outfit hailing from the streets of Limoilou, near Quebec City. Four long time friends decided to band up to play music together, to kill time and to have fun and because playing live is a drug to them.
