Joaquín \"Jake\" Cruz es un guitarrista, multi-instrumentista, cantautor de Rock, Jazz, Blues, Indie, y Electrónica y compositor de los álbumes Eclectic Blues® (2012) y Jakebox® (2013) que contienen canciones originales como Run To The Light, Mr. Jack, Pa´Qué, Canción de Sol y Samba del Fín. Desde muy joven fue influenciado por la música tropical/africana que se escuchaba en Montería y Barranquilla y, en el pasado, fue el cantante y guitarrista líder de la banda colombiana de Trash Metal \"Darkness\". Actualmente es el líder de la banda DeCruzBlues y está trabajando en un nuevo álbum que saldrá al público próximamente.
