The 3 songs were written during and before the making of Darker Days but was recorded a bit later and ties in with the sound and subject matter of that album. A companion piece, evolution or appendix maybe?

John's beautiful \"Bones” is a hardcore break-up song with a twist and also matches the artwork concept for the Darker Days release cycle eerily well. \"Darker days\" was the song that inspired the album's title. Sung and written by Bjorn and Peter it deals with dark long Swedish winters but also the aging & time ticking that escapes no one. \"Saying goodbye\" is a timpani & mandolin-ditty by Peter regarding how moving on and giving up a suffocating situation might lead to something new and (maybe) blooming.
