Contravene were a political hardcore, anarcho-crust band or (peace punk) from Phoenix, Arizona that existed from 1999 - 2005. which they had a unique style with peaceful political messages into crushing metal crust riffs and growls! My favorite album is a call to action such a powerful album! I'm sure it's already uploaded but I'm going to upload it to my channel so it's easier to find.
Uprising were a Crust punk band from Detroit, Michigan. This is a rare split EP nothing on discogs even! This split delivers from both bands crusty anarcho-punk/hardcore with political lyrics. For Uprising there is to be known a cd-r demo which came out in only 35 copies plus a few more songs in a heavier crusty style recorded for a future release that never saw the light of day because of lack of funds and motivation. Anyone have this cd-r? I'd love to hear and upload it!!!
