Colin Giffin was a member of the UK band The End who recorded the great Instropection album in 1968. Just after leaving the band Colin Giffin released this solo single in February 1969. It was written by Giffin and Kenny Lynch, who also produced the record. Great arrangements by Tony Visconti. In my opinion, this is one of the best examples of pop-sike music. A superb song.
