Thu Ngọc was born in October 29, 1983, she is one of the brightest and most prominent faces of the City Teen Club in the 1990s. After leaving Mắt Ngọc with Thanh Thuy, Ngoc Chau, in June 2000, Mây Trắng team debuted with Thu Ngoc as the leader along with the sisters who were also good friends from childhood: Thanh Thuy, Thu Thuy, Ngoc Chau & Yen Trang. Mây Trắng team was also considered a serious contender with Mắt Ngọc, with the target audience is the students, teen students, old school pupils.
