If anyone owned Gex: Enter the Gecko on PS1 or Nintendo 64, you know this is probably the most parody-heavy sassy video game of its time.

Across tons of exciting games, I really did enjoy that Gex was able to combine a bit of platforming fun with satire and nods to other famous movies. Given how much I enjoyed TV growing up, this game was honestly a pretty fun time despite its very obvious shortcomings. The music itself felt like a James Bond spoof, so I tried to keep some of those jazz-friendly licks in but I definitely wanted to just engineer the most solid sound I could. Since the game takes place in a hub world full of TV channels and parodies, I decided to put in my favorite ones! This also let me experiment in case I wanted to do a Netflix medley.. Which TV shows can you spot?
