This album, the first of two, follows a loose narrative of an individual compelled by prophecy to seek and defeat a dark wizard.
1 - The ritual, strange and unnatural, is performed; the prophecy is born.
2 - The prophecy names its hero (a simple knave), who has no choice but to answer the call from his home and from the only life he has known.
3 - The hero embarks to face and defeat the wizard of the cursed mountain. The trees watch his every step. The forest is enchanting and unnerving.
4 - Night falls and unnatural beasts attack. The hero overcomes and reaches the base of the cursed mountain.
5 - The hero enters into the domain of the wizard. From atop the mountain, the view is breathtaking, yet there is a great sense of dread. The hero enters the mountain. Crystalline cavernous halls greet him.
6 - Grand halls devolve into a twisting labyrinth of cold tunnels. The hero marches on as danger grows and evil magics start to saturate the air.
7 - The tunnels appear never ending. The hero is helplessly lost, but is pushed forward into a seemingly endless march by the prophecy...
