The band of Thore Ehrling (1912-1994) was on of the most loved bands in Sweden in the forties (and worked until 1957), in the winter he played at Bal palais and in the summer outside at Skansen. Still you can here older people, speaking with a dremy glow in their eyes. How they found their love dancing at Skansen glancing over the shoulder at beutiful and well singing voclists like Sonia Sjöbeck or later Britt-Inger Dreilick.
