Here's a somewhat uncommon mono pressing of the self-titled record from Autosalvage. This mix is certainly dedicated, as the sections in and between tracks are quite different in some places when compared to the stereo mix. RCA Victor was clearly looking for another Jefferson Airplane, but the New York group never really took off. The name 'Autosalvage' came from Frank Zappa, who discovered the band at the Electric Circus and had some role in production of the LP (the band was originally called 'The Northern Lights').
