Per Mutations was born of the black mind-sea of the mid-Atlantic triangle, where the surf is always rough, the undertow mighty, and the locals strange and dangerous.  This mysterious confluence of energies has been blamed for many uncanny phenomena, including “surfer’s amnesia,” aural phantasmagoria, and even total headlessness.  Per Mutations emerged to navigate the dark currents of this inscrutable locale with six smoking surfedelic instrumentals, perfect for those long nighttime drives, midnight beach soirees, or séances at sea.  Beware the dusky jewel that is Surfing in the Phenomenal World.
