In this video, I take you through a 5-minute exercise routine involving Ground Movement. This is a beginner friendly ground movement routine that features Animal Flow exercises and some great wrist mobility. This is natural movement that requires only bodyweight and a little space to get in a fun and challenging fitness workout for beginners and beyond.
