Madhouse is one of the first Crossover Thrash Metal band from france, the band was formed in 1989 in Paris, Île-de-France from the ashes of the Hardcore Punk band Razzle Dazzle formed 3 years before.
after some lineup change, the newly formed band Madhouse took a different musical direction, \"Razzle Dazzle\" is their first album and it was released in June 1990 and distributed through Semetary Records.
Jeannot the drummer who alsp played on M.S.T. at the tile will left both bands later after the release of the album and other members will follow.
A second and last album called \"Get The Point?\" will be released in 1993 with a more commercial production which the fanbase will not appreciate, the band will split up soon after.
\"Razzle Dazzle\" is a very great Crossover album, the vocals are quite good even if the english speaking isn't perfect, the drums sounds great, the guitars are massive and the bass is really clean, a true French metal classic !
