Storm triggers flash flooding in Garanhuns, Pernambuco, Brazil
the city of Garanhuns, in Agreste, registered points of strong and reinforced rains in some neighborhoods of the municipality, such as in Magano, Brasília and Centro. Residents of the city recorded flooding points on several streets through videos, while others reported on Thursday morning that there was no record of rain elsewhere.
