A hymn which indicates that we should submit to the reign of Jesus Christ who is King of kings is \"Look, Ye Saints, the Sight Is Glorious.\" The text was written by Thomas Kelly (1769-1854). It was first published in his 1806 Hymns on Various Passages of Scripture (most sources give the date as 1809, which was the third edition). The song has been set to several melodies. The tune (Crown Him) used in most of our older books was composed by George Coles Stebbins (1846-1945).
