1935 Little Jack Little - Moonburn

Playing Next: Refined Music for Cleaning
Random Page  /  Random Song

A song written for Paramount’s “Anything Goes,” a 1936 film adaptation of the 1934 Cole Porter musical (and which retained few of Porter’s original stage tunes). This movie starred Bing Crosby and Ethel Merman; and yet one more “Anything Goes” film would be added to Bing’s resume in 1956.

From 78rpm Columbia 3107-D - Moonburn (Heyman-Carmichael) by Little Jack Little & his Orchestra, vocal by Little Jack Little, recorded in NYC December 23, 1935
