John Davis (Ex-Milli Vanilli) - Still Be Loving You [Full Album] (1990)

John Davis was born in South Carolina, US, and came to Germany in the late 70s where he established himself as a bass player and recording artist. His debut album, Joker, was released on TELDEC in 1980. Two more albums followed before he got together with producer Frank Farian in 1988 after Girl You Know It's True had become a hit record for Farian's new project Milli Vanilli. Farian had just sacked Charles Shaw who was not happy having to keep quiet that he was the rapper on this #1 hit and had started spreading the rumours that Rob & Fab did not sing on their hit record. John Davis took his place and was also offered a solo record deal by Farian. The album Still Be Loving You was released in 1990, yielding a minor hit with the single Who Do You Love (#34 in Germany), the title track being released as the second single. The bulk of the songs were written by Dietmar Kawohl & Peter Bischoff-Fallenstein. Farian later re-recorded Who Do You Love with Try'n B (1992) and No Mercy (1995). John Davis teamed up with Fab Morvan for occasional Milli Vanilli performances from 2017 to this day.
