This is a Yamaha Digital Master Recording as well as a \"Direct to Disc\" record so two sets of recordings were made. See YDD-1117 for the \"Direct to Disk\" version - Session II - Session II.
The original masters were processed and plated by Slim Doss at Sheffield. The best quality mothers were selected and sent to Japan for making stampers and manufacturing disc by JVC Japan. The disc is from 100% vinyl 180g used for audiophile distribution.
This version was distributed with a B & W two sided insert explaining the digital recording process and featuring all the Yamaha instruments used to make it.
