Born Robert Cromwell Anson, British singer/songwriter rechristened himself Philamore LIncoln and wrote all of the material on the US only release 'The North Wind Blew South', a beautiful album throughout. One song on the album, \"Temma Harbour\", was covered by Mary Hopkin and gave her a Top Ten hit. The oboe in \"The Plains of Delight\" carries the blissful nature of this track.
