From the 1988 record by the band Deep Blue Dream on Criterion Records, featuring Wayne Wells AKA Wayne Static from the band Static-X. Billy Corgan was a member of Deep Blue Dream and later formed Smashing Pumpkins. Billy was playing the live shows with Deep Blue Dream at the time this record was recorded, however he opted to not record on these sessions as he was also developing and rehearsing the Smashing Pumpkins at this time. R. Lewis Floodstrand was producing the band at Paragon recording studios in Chicago, and Wayne & the boys ran out of funds for recording. Lewis decided to personally fund the rest of the recordings if Deep Blue Dream agreed to sign with Criterion Records owned by Lewis and his brother David Floodstrand, who became the executive producer of the project at that time. After the release of the record Deep Blue Dream changed their name to Static-X and signed to Warner Brothers records, their next album went platinum. This record has been out of print for 30 years, and has now been re-released on Criterion International Records and is available for purchase at http://criterion-international.com
