How Long? are a Hardcore, Crust punk , Grindcore band from Ostrava/Karviná/Český Těšín, Czech Republic. They been active since the Mid-Late 1990's till today. This tape is rare and I'm happy to share this. I have no other info about this band and I am not sure if this is a demo tape or not?
