Vocal treatment of the Robert Maxwell-composed standard “Ebb Tide,” which had been featured instrumentally in the score for the 1962 film “Sweet Bird Of Youth” (see label reference). This Welch single had first been released that year but was reissued in 1964 as the follow-up single to Lenny’s late-1963 hit “Since I Fell For You.”
