So this is my first ever full album to be published. I know the quality is not the best and the general sound may be a bit shaggy but it is an extreme low Budget DIY production like the two demo singles I already released so deal with it.
The whole record deals with what shaped myself and my mental health wihin the past 20 years, talking about depression, panic and anxiety disorders and so on, so thats where the title comes from, and definietly works as a form of selftherapy which actually made things a lot easier. Also please don´t call an ambulance, I do not intend to kill myself.
If you know someone who is also struggeling right now, batteling suicidal thoughts, depression, ptsd or anything else keeping them away from living their lifes to the fullest, be there for them. Check up on your friends. Try to help where you can and leave no one behind in the darkness. Mental illnesses are slow but steady killers.
If you want to downlaod this for free you can do so, but if you can afford to pay about 5 bucks for this I´d be incredibly thankfull, since I don`t have that much money and my band (Less Than Dirt) is also going to release an album later this year and we gotta pay the studio some way.
