Insipired by the medieval mystical book 'Itinerarium mentis in Deum' ('The Journey of the mind into God') written by St. Bonaventure, a trip from the material reality to the universal consciousness:
1) Extra nos (outside ourselves): when you listen and acknowledge the beauty of Nature. At the beginning and at the end of the track there are samples taken from a little mountain town in Italy.
2) Intra nos ( inside ourselves): when you go deep into your inner contraddictions and realize that you are part of everything.
At the beginning there is chaos, at the end peace of mind, accompanied by a jazz improvisation and a musical quote from a Rrench baroque piece 'Les Barricades Mysterieuses' by Couperin.
3) Super nos (above ourselves): when you realize the true nature of existence. Again, the sound of nature at the beginning and a baroque-ish harpsichord improvisation at the end, concluding the album with a perfect and authentic cadence V-I.
