Written by Roger Nichols and Paul Williams. Produced and arranged by Jack Pleis.
From the 1969 album, “A New Light”
From the softer end of the sunshine pop genre, the Match released this breezy harmony filled album in 1969. They chose tracks from a variety of then contemporary writers, such as David Gates, Paul Simon, Bacharach-David, Jim Web and Roger Nichols. The latter wrote this track with Paul Williams, who also released a solo version on Reprise in 1970.
Other Nichols-Williams songs include \"We've Only Just Begun\" and \"Rainy Days And Mondays\" for the Carpenters.
