I had a quick go with the Technics SX-350 via midi just to test it functions. I was disappointed to find to that the drums can't be sequenced which is a shame, but then thrilled to discover that all the 'poly' sounds can be played over a seven octave range! Not only that but it sounds pretty damn nice over that seven octaves too. So here is some John Carpenter inspired synthwave horror soundtrack stuff on the Guitar setting with Celeste turned on and plenty of Zoom 1201 reverb. Reckon it sounds like the kind of thing I could work up into a much longer score with plenty more layers 🤔
