Hari and the Sons have known each other for some time now. All of them in different bands, different combinations, different music...and had some other names. Then three years ago (in 2011.) Dinko, another Dinko and Juraj became the Hari & Fat sons. Well, Hari remained Hari and it's not that these three are actually fat it's just that over the years Hari stayed true to his thin self. Anyway, after 3 years of hard work the band has an album and would love for you to take some time and listen what it tells you.
Some basic info
The album is called ''Green line – Red line'', has 13 songs, all written by Haris Ćehić, mixed and produced by Mark Mrakovčić and Marijo Luketa, arranged by Hari & Fat sons.
Album in a few words
So, pick a line and pick a colour, the ride won't take long, only 13 stops on the way. It's about life in details and about lessons and moments that matter and others that stick to you although might seem small at first. Sometimes it's about the methaphore and sometimes is plain as that, take me as I am. Music is soft and fluid and dreamy. Be sure not to miss the character though because there is some blues hidden behind a happy tune. In some flashes of yourown everydays I'm sure you remember climbing some large wave (Three dots), choosing to take a wrong way home (U turn) or thinking about that perfect place where birds have morning prayers (Birds). You have probably heard some bla bla advice before and have some silly wui wui in the vocabulary. The melodies are memorable, capture the ear, easy to listen, pleasant sounding. Before you turn around you might catch yourself humming. They are a bit nostalgic, the songs, with a sense of loss, a trip back to happier times. Hope you notice the funny edge, the unexpected...life is accoustic, ukulele is playing, it's easier to be sad in Hawaii. As far as love goes the heart is open to step inside (Would you mind) and every walk is too short when walkin' in love (Short walk). No irony there. We now it is rarely a straight line, mostly curves and unexpected turns and all tangled up, a mess, a maze. But Hari and Fat sons have chosen these two paths, calling them the green and the red, and left their Acoustic sign on them. There are other ways, of course. But hope you Don't hurry and take some time for this music. If you hold your breath, take this dive (Feathers) you might just end up feeling like a lion (Vessel), or something like that...
