In 1987, KISS released their latest studio joint, Crazy Nights. Produced by Ron Nevison, Crazy Nights featured a radio-friendly pop-rock sound wrapped in lush harmonies, velvety keyboards and swirling guitars. The success of Crazy Nights would ultimately earn The Hottest Band In the World another platinum album. The first single, \"Crazy Crazy Nights\", would prove to be a huge international hit, climbing to #4 in the United Kingdom. On August 8, 1987, Gene, Paul, Eric & Bruce invaded the famed Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles to film the single's music video, shot before a packed audience stoked to see the icons in action.
