Modularsynthrombone is a duo from Italy (Udine), formed by Igor (electronics and composition) and Marco (trombone and field recordings).
The echo of a cold and wet cave, an old trombone played with full lungs, a mass of tangled cables, water that filters through the calcareous cavities, the sound of an analog oscillator. Modularsynthrombone is a dark, minimal sonorous speleology, a fragmentary collision between two instruments that try to create a new archetype without phobia of any musical genre. An attempt to re-emerge the deepest, unconscious and subterranean roots, to realize that: \"There's a world going on underground\"
