A stellar ensemble certainly provide a modernistic sound for 1930. One of the less frequently seen New Mayfair Dance Orchestra issues. The vocal chorus by \"Wally Vernon\" could be a pseudonym. He made a few sides for Ray Noble around this time. He sounds very similar to Ace Rowland he cut a few sides with Noble in 1933.
Recorded 11th April 1930.
