March 8th... Its more than just the release date for this album. March 8th represents my past my present and what lies ahead. On March 8th 2009 I lost my father to his demons, I not only lost my father I lost the center of my universe, I lost my north star I lost my direction. The next ten years was an oddity and a journey but with every step I found who I really was and grew into what I am now and that's what this album and what Mr.Bang means to me. these songs are a collection of songs I've been playing for close to ten years now. Ten years of my life That even with all the sadness and loss could never measure up to all the high's and incredible moments I've been apart of. I wouldn't change a second of any of it and Its all thanks to this band and everyone who's been a part of it. March 8th 2019 will mark ten years since my dad passed and when my life changed forever but it will also mark the release of my self titled album. A celebration of the last ten years and to the man who I've missed for every second of it. It will also mark the beginning of my next chapter of my life. March 8th will always mean a lot to me but now I can add a good memory to this day...As the day I realized a dream that was given to me by the man I lost on this day March 8th.
