Fantastic 2nd album from this New York band from 1978, here with my favourite track \"Star Gazer\".

Network consisted of Richie Cerniglia (guitars) and Mike Ricciardella (drums), who had previously spent time with Wiggy Bits, along side Peppy Castro (of famous Balance). Prior to that, Ricciardella was with the pioneering NYC ensemble The Illusion.
M. Ricciardella and R. Cerniglia founded the band Aviator (US) with their self titeld debut album from 1986 with tremendous AOR/Melodic Rock!!
If many of us have never heard of the band Network, well, that's the fault of the band's record label at the time, not the band. This is very solid AOR, complete with plenty of hard rock muscle, pop sheen, and some prog musicality. Too bad they never hit the big time-this band had what it took.
By the way, both LPs are reissued on one CD by Renaissance Records & ItsAboutMusic.com!!

the musicians:
• Mike Ricciardella - drums & voc
• Richie Cerniglia - lead guitar,acoustic guitar & e-bow
• B.G. Gibson - lead voc
• Howard Davidson - bass guitar
• Michael Coxton - rhythm & acoustic guitars
• George Bitzer - keyboards, synthesizers & voc
• Jean Paul Gaspar - percussion & voc

• Debi Dye Gibson & Jo-Ann Harris - background voc on \"Stargazer\"
