Rollin' out of the Windy City, Joker's ten song self titled album from 1990 rides the '80s wave of wild hairball rawk. Fronted by Tony Ingala, who sounds like a hybrid of Mark Slaughter and Vince Neil. There's some rough edges around the singing, but the guitars are very good. Lorraine, I Want Love, Pledge an Allegience and Change are the standout tracks. Definitely worth checking out.
