Jim and Kathy Starnes performed this piece on their 1979 album \"Precious Memories.\" While I doubt that the intent of this recording was psychedelic, the classical guitar accompaniment, beautiful harmonies, and slight reverb remind me of another Christian \"psych\" folk duo, Billy and Sandra Stinson (The Merchant's Ship). After some research and with some luck, I figured out that the album cover picture was taken at the LSU Rural Life Museum in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
