This is a demo mixtape featuring various tracks that I worked on from around 2016 to 2019 (with maybe some fixes in the next couple years), some of which ended up with improved versions in The Any Key. The substrate to The Any Key's solution, if you will.
I made most of these in a couple hours or less, and for this release I pretty much left them as is and just slapped an adaptive limiter on top... So I suggest listening to The Any Key first if this is your first time finding my stuff, lol. I just thought I might as well release these together in some form since they represent my first tries at writing music inspired by videogame composers.
Except for a few that used more hi-fi instruments, most of these are made exclusively with a synthesizer plugin that emulates the NES 8-bit sound chip, and sample soundfonts from specific SNES games.
